David Gatheru Kamau holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 8 years’ experience. Gatheru has gotten widespread experience in various departments at M.R LAW where he specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution as well as Transactional and Advisory Services. He has diverse experience from both public and private sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Gatheru obtained extensive practice experience during his engagements as a pupil at the firm of Henia Anzala & Co Advocates. He is equally experienced and proficient in Appellate Advocacy, and has successfully represented high profile clients across the various Courts in matters Commercial law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Employment and Labour Law, Family Law, Environment and Land Law, Electoral Law, Insurance Law and General Litigation. His ability to think outside the box, attention to detail, drive for perfection and a results-based approach have all been an asset to the firm in handling the multifaceted nature of briefs and transactions within the scope of all his engagements.
